Our Mission
Carina was a dedicated public servant and built community wherever she went. In her name, her friends and family will continue her work through the Carina Mae Owens Scholarship Fund to build cohorts of Carina Mae Scholars that advance social justice, health equity, cancer research and Filipino American community issues across California and the nation.
